Description 2019 2nd International Conference on Civil Engineering and Architecture (ICCEA 2019) will be taken place in Seoul, South Korea during September 21-23, 2019, which is sponsored by Seoul National University.
It is the premier forum for the presentation of new advances and research results in the fields of theoretical, experimental, and practical civil engineering and architecture. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and architects in the domain of interest from around the world.

All submissions will be blind reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance to conference topics of interest, originality, significance, and clarity. Accepted papers in ICCEA 2019 will be recommended to be published in the special issue of following journal:
